Uganda Airlines is a flagship carrier of Uganda based at Entebbe International Airport. The airline assumed the status of national carrier following the grounding of Air Uganda in Jun-2014.
Uganda Airlines launched commercial operations on 27-Aug-2019. The airline is fully owned by the government and managed by Uganda Development Corporation with shares to be subsequently offered to the private sector. Uganda Airlines operates scheduled and unscheduled passenger and freight services.
