Job Description
We are looking for AI Specialists to drastically accelerate our internal development lifecycles and build advanced, offline-first intelligent systems. You will focus on integrating LLM capabilities into our national-scale projects while strictly preserving data sovereignty. Your work will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI reasoning and practical, secure enterprise deployment. 2 positions are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy offline-first Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems that run on local infrastructure to ensure national data privacy
- Configure and manage local LLM proxy environments (utilizing tools like LiteLLM and Bifrost) for secure model routing and API fallback matrices
- Leverage AI tooling to automate code generation, accelerate software delivery, and optimize internal operational workflows
- Implement and manage vector databases natively within our stack (e.g., pgvector on Postgres)
- Collaborate with the core management team to identify project bottlenecks that can be solved through applied AI and automated reasoning models
Requirements
- Experience deploying, fine-tuning, and querying open-source Large Language Models locally
- Strong proficiency in building RAG pipelines and working with vector embeddings
- Deep understanding of the modern AI ecosystem (LiteLLM, LangChain, or similar frameworks)
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go to seamlessly integrate AI features into existing backend architectures Understanding of data privacy and security constraints in isolated or air-gapped environments
