Job Description

We are looking for backend engineers to build, scale, and secure the core microservices that power critical digital public infrastructure, business registries, and high-volume financial middleware. You will be responsible for designing resilient systems capable of handling multi-party transactions and massive data migrations without downtime. 2 positions are available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using Go (Golang)
  • Architect and optimize complex database schemas, queries, and migrations using PostgreSQL
  • Design for high availability, utilizing connection pooling (PgBouncer, Pgpool-II) and automated failover clustering (Patroni)
  • Implement secure, Zero Trust network topologies for inter-service communication (mTLS, HashiCorp Vault)
  • Integrate centralized logging and object storage solutions (ELK stack, Grafana Loki, MinIO) to manage extensive system logs and legacy file objects

Requirements

  • Proven experience building production-grade applications in Go
  • Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, including advanced optimization, read/write splitting, and point-in-time recovery (pgBackRest)
  • Strong Linux administration skills and familiarity with container orchestration (Docker Swarm) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience with high-volume payment gateways or transaction settlement systems is a strong advantage
