CUSTOMER INQUIRY & ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Respond to inquiries
- Process & confirm orders
- Provide order updates
- Coordinate deliveries
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & SUPPORT
- Build strong relationships
- Handle returns & warranties
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records
ISSUE RESOLUTION & COMPLAINT HANDLING
- Resolve complaints
- Investigate & find solutions
- Escalate when necessary
- Track & close issues
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Provide product information
- Offer installation tips
- Recommend solutions
- Work with technical teams
COORDINATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS
- Work with Sales, Finance, Logistics & Warehouse
- Align on customer needs
- Share market feedback
REPORTING & IMPROVEMENT
- Prepare reports
- Track KPls
- Identify improvements
- Enhance customer
- experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years’ experience in customer service (building materials / sanitary ware is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English (local languages are an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of sanitary ware & accessories
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM/ERP systems
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented & problem solver
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude
