Local employment trends

Requirements:

  • Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or primary school certificate
  • Certificate or training in Catering, Hotel Management, or Food and Nutrition (desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years institutional cooking experience (hospital, school, hotel, or NGO)
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling
  • Ability to prepare balanced meals on a budget
  • Luo réquired
