Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & SALES
- LEVEL: MANAGEMENT
ROLE OVERVIEW
- The Director of Marketing & Sales drives revenue growth through strategic sales, brand positioning, and market penetration initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies.
- Drive room, conference, and event sales locally and internationally.
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, travel agents, and institutions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in senior hotel sales and marketing roles.
CORE COMPETENCIES
- Revenue generation.
- Brand management.
- Market analysis.
- Strategic partnerships.
