Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Production Operations:
- To ensure the performance / availability of the facilities, highlight miss-functions, compile relevant data, establish a diagnosis, produce corresponding report with corrective actions and participate in the implementation of the agreed plan.
- Prepares periodic or specific reporting of the maintenance activities under his/her responsibilities.
- Preparation/reviews of the complex or with external electric power provider interface PTW dossiers and confirm completeness.
- Preparation of Procedures for operation and shutdown instructions.
- Participation in production incidents or shutdowns are properly investigated and sign the associated production reports.
- Assists in identification of possible areas of optimization, potential improvement to increase equipment availability and cost reduction.
- Ensures execution of both planned and unplanned maintenances of electrical equipment so that to ensure optimization of equipment efficiency and availability.
- Assists in the evaluation and participate on the validation of the Site Modification Request (SMR/RFM); consolidate the technical dossier on maintenance side.
- Participates in validation of the commissioning / pre-commissioning of new equipment or equipment modified; ensure the good management of the punch list after the hand-over.
Maintenance Operations:
- Participates on budget / Work program preparation for light and heavy maintenance.
- Participates and assists in the preparation of annual maintenance shutdown activities plan.
Quality Assurance:
- Assists in supervising and evaluating the performance of the Maintenance service contractor, secure that REXs are well implemented for the maintenance plan to be updated.
Site Management:
- Builds TEAM environment for PS1 perimeter.
- Evaluates the personnel working in his team and make proposals for their training plan.
- Defines team member objectives.
- Contributes to the training of all personnel under his/her responsibility.
- Organizes Job Training (OJT) in coordination with the Training Department.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar
- Proficiency in Oral and written English
- Good knowledge of CMIMS (Computerized Maintenance & Inspection Management System).
- 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, electric power service or a high potential, 3 years minimum as site discipline or multidiscipline leader or supervisor.
- MS office good experience
- Primavera uses good experience will be added advantage.
- Other skills required: responsibility, natural authority, decision making, good communication skills, organization, and methods.
