Job Description
Position: Food & Beverage Attendants 2
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Job Purpose
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional food and beverage service in the restaurant, bar, conference facilities, and other guest service areas.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Present menus and explain available food and beverage options.
* Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
* Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
* Prepare and arrange dining areas before service.
* Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service periods.
* Process guest bills and payments accurately.
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
* Promote menu items, special offers, and hotel services.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
* Support conferences, meetings, banquets, weddings, and special events.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front office teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Catering, Hotel Management, or related field.
* Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
