Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- JOB TITLE: FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
- LEVEL: MANAGEMENT
ROLE OVERVIEW
- The Food & Beverage Manager leads all culinary and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
- Control costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Develop menus and dining concepts aligned with luxury positioning.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Food & Beverage management within a luxury hotel environment.
CORE COMPETENCIES
- Culinary operations management.
- Cost control and inventory management.
- Guest experience excellence.
- Team leadership.
