Job Description

Head Of Academic Excellence

SSSU is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and strengthen academic quality across our Early Years, Primary, and Secondary sections.

Qualifications

  • Master of Education (M.Ed.)
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in academic leadership/quality assurance
  • Strong command of the Ugandan National
    Curriculum
  • Sound knowledge of international curricula – IB, Cambridge, ACE, or similar
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
  • Proven ability to drive academic improvement and high performance
