Description:
Responsible for overseeing and preserving the functional health of the company’s digital architecture, network connections, and security communication devices. This role involves setting up new hardware, troubleshooting software issues, monitoring data backup channels, and ensuring staff members have uninterrupted access to digital work systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware maintenance, and operating system diagnostics.
- Familiarity with data security concepts and routine cloud or local backup structures.
- Ability to communicate complex technical troubleshooting guidance to non-technical users.
- Proactive attitude toward maintaining data system safety and operational continuity.
Experience:
Technical experience managing company servers, routers, networks, and general electronic computing infrastructure.
