Job Description

Uganda Christian University (UCU), a private institution founded in 1997 by the Province of the Shurch of Uganda, is dedicated through teaching, scholarship, service, spiritual formation, student development and social involvement; to the preparation of students for thoughtful, productive lives of Christian faith and service in their respective professions.

Lecturer (Highway Engineering/Transportation Engineering)

The Lecturer in Highway Engineering/Transportation Engineering will teach and supervise students in highway design, transportation systems and related engineering subjects. The role will involve preparing learning materials, delivering lectures and practical instruction, assessing students and supervising research and engineering projects.

The successful candidate will also participate in research, curriculum development, professional engagement and community service. The Lecturer will contribute to developing graduates with the technical knowledge and practical skills required to address transportation and infrastructure challenges.
