Job Details

Uganda Martyrs Ibanda Hospital invites applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Medical Officer.

A Medical Officer is responsible for examining, diagnosing and treating patients, managing medical conditions, prescribing appropriate treatments and providing preventive healthcare services. The role involves assessing patients’ health needs, maintaining accurate medical records, referring patients for specialised care when necessary and working with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Qualifications or Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery.
  • Must be registered with the Uganda Medical Council.
