On behalf of our client, an established international school in Kampala, we seek to recruit interview for a Primary Mathematics Teacher position
Job Summary
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons aligned with an international curriculum, fostering a love for numeracy and problem-solving in early learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons for primary students
- Use creative and interactive teaching methods to support diverse learners
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
Required Qualifications & Experience
- A well experienced and skilful teacher
- Graduate in Primary Education
- 3 years of experience
- The teacher is required mainly for lower primary (year 1 to year 3).
- Ability to teach other levels and other subjects will be an added advantage.
- We need a team player
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
- Immediate start.
