Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive branch sales, loan disbursement targets and business growth through customer recruitment and community partnerships.Manage credit risk by appraising loan applications, monitor portfolio quality and overseeing deliquent account recovery.Supervise and coach branch staff while ensuring operational compliance, accurate reporting and safeguarding of company assets.

Education & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or a related field.

Additional Details

  • At least 2 years of experience in credit management, microfinance, banking, SACCO operations or loan sales.Strong skills in credit appraisal, loan recovery and portfolio management.
