On behalf of our client, a fast-growing company we are seeking to recruit energetic and reliable Sales Representatives
Job Summary
Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling a company’s products/services identifying customer needs, generating leads, building strong client relationships, giving presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales, all while meeting revenue targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers within Kampala and surrounding areas
- Promote and sell company products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales is an added advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Kampala market dynamics is a plus
