Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Position: Sales Supervisor
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary:
The Sales Supervisor will lead, train, and motivate sales team to achieve company targets by developing strategies, monitoring performance, coaching staff, managing customer relations, and ensuring excellent service, acting as a bridge between the team and upper management while handling daily operations like scheduling, reporting, and sometimes inventory management
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the sales team
- Set sales targets and ensure they are achieved
- Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good knowledge of the Kampala market
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools
