Job Description
Post: Senior Assessment Officer (Assessment) – 1 Post
Reference: UHPAB/HRM/SAO/003/26
Scale: UHPAB 4
Reports to: Principal Assessment Officer
Job Purpose
To implement assessment management and administration plans and programs of UHPAB assessment processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Same academic and licensing requirements as above roles
- Minimum five (5) years teaching/training experience
- At least three (3) years’ experience in assessment setting and moderation
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support design and implementation of assessment processes
- Identify and guide assessment personnel
- Supervise assessment teams
- Ensure objective assessment standards
- Support data collection and reporting
- Monitor trainee registration and data integrity
- Supervise registration workflows
- Manage registers and quality assurance controls
- Support inspection and accreditation processes
- Prepare accreditation reports and maintain registers

- Complete Public Service Form 3 (PSF 3) in triplicate
- Attach one (1) recent coloured passport size photograph on each form
- Attach a detailed Curriculum Vitae
- Indicate title of the post on the application form and reference number against the post
- Select one or two posts which you qualify for

- Post Graduate Diploma Certificate and Transcript
- Bachelor’s Degree Certificate and Transcript

- Certified Registration Certificates and valid Practicing Licenses for health workers where required by law
- Evidence of training and practice in specialized areas where applicable
- Letters of appointment, confirmation and promotion where applicable
- National and Current Institutional Identity Cards
- Priority should be given to only the relevant academic documents in the job specifications
- All applicants will have the opportunity to present additional relevant qualifications
