Job Title: Supervisor Injection Section Plant 01
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Job Summary
A reputable manufacturing company based in Kampala is seeking to recruit a Supervisor – Injection Section for Plant 01.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the injection section
- Ensure production targets are met in line with quality standards
- Monitor machine performance and oversee proper use of injection molding equipment
- Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Train, guide, and evaluate injection section operators
- Report production output, downtime, and maintenance needs to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in injection molding or a similar manufacturing environment
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines
