Job Title: Supervisor PET Section Plant 01
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Job Summary
A reputable manufacturing company based in Kampala is seeking to recruit a Supervisor PET Section for Plant 01.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the PET section to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate routine maintenance
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards
- Lead, train, and motivate PET section staff
- Prepare production reports and track key performance indicators
- Minimize downtime, waste, and production losses
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and adherence to SOPs
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in PET or beverage production
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of PET blowing/molding processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
