Job Description
- Supports promotional events, market activations, product sampling, retailer promotions, and brand visibility activities across field locations.
- Assists in preparing materials, executing professional booth setups, and representing the brand positively to the public.
- Works closely with field sales representatives, distributors, retailers, and marketing supervisors to deliver coordinated field operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, count, and record promotional materials, samples, banners, stands, uniforms, leaflets, and branded equipment prior to departure.
- Set up promotional booths and display products cleanly and professionally in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Execute product sampling while strictly following food hygiene and portion control procedures where permitted.
- Greet consumers and communicate accurate basic product details without making unsupported health claims or unauthorized statements.
- Monitor, reconcile, and return all promotional stock and equipment following the conclusion of events.
- Record customer reactions, questions, approximate attendance, distributed samples, generated sales, and competitor activity.
- Capture approved photos or videos for internal reporting and marketing use.
- Coordinate activation logistics and activities with field sales representatives, distributors, event organizers, retailers, and marketing supervisors.

Education Qualifications & Experience
Education Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma, Certificate, National Certificate, or vocational qualification in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Commerce, Event Management, Hospitality, Media Studies, Sales, Entrepreneurship, or related areas.
- Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE).
Experience
- No prior work experience required.
- Onboarding training is provided covering brand identity, products, promotional conduct, event setup, stock control, customer interaction, food safety, photography rules, and reporting.
