Job Description

Waitresses

Core Purpose:

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive food and beverage service to guests in the dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome diners warmly and present menus with clear knowledge of food and beverage options.
    • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
    • Serve meals and drinks efficiently while ensuring high standards of hygiene and table presentation.
    • Handle guest requests, address feedback politely, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their meal.
    • Assist with setting, clearing, and cleaning tables before and after service.

Essential Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of UCE or equivalent; relevant hospitality training is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Aged 20-28 years.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Honest, disciplined, trustworthy and highly reliable.
