- JOB PURPOSE
To support the HVAC Technician in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with safety standards..
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

|
Assist in the installation of HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and equipment. |
|
|
Support routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking thermostats, and inspecting system components. |
|
|
Help diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues under supervision. |
|
|
Carry tools, equipment, and materials to job sites and assist in setup. |
|
|
Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe. |
|
|
Follow instructions from the lead technician and supervisors. |
|
|
Comply with safety procedures and environmental regulations. |
|
|
Document work performed and report any issues or malfunctions. |
|
|
Assist in testing systems for proper operation and efficiency. |
|
|
Implement “Performance Management the Alliad Way” by setting KPI’s for direct reports (if assigned any), conduct regular reviews, identify training requirements and provide a coaching, mentoring and supportive role. |
|
|
Ensures adherence to quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements in Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environment. |
