Job Description

Post: Senior Planner – 1 Post

Reference: UHPAB/HRM/SP/007/26
Scale: UHPAB 4
Reports to: Principal Planner

Job Purpose

To develop and monitor implementation of Board plans.

Qualifications
  • Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce or Business Administration
Experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Planner
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support public expenditure planning
  • Prepare strategic plans and reports
  • Participate in mid-term reviews
  • Conduct economic research
  • Guide resource allocation
  • Review economic plans and programs
  • Support preparation of M&E plans

  • Certified Registration Certificates and valid Practicing Licenses for health workers where required by law
  • Evidence of training and practice in specialized areas where applicable
  • Letters of appointment, confirmation and promotion where applicable
  • National and Current Institutional Identity Cards
  • Priority should be given to only the relevant academic documents in the job specifications
  • All applicants will have the opportunity to present additional relevant qualifications
