Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Job Summary
Oversee and direct the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and guest comfort are maintained throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily room assignments and inspect guest rooms and public areas.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping and laundry staff.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
- Develop and implement deep-cleaning schedules for rooms and public spaces.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols across the department.
- Control departmental budgets and minimize operational waste or loss.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues found in guest rooms.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping management.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, team building, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Exceptional eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Proven budget management and inventory control skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
