Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, staircases, lobbies, and outdoor spaces.Ensure apartment buildings are kept clean, safe, and presentable at all times.Collect and dispose of garbage and recyclables in designated areas.Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned.Monitor building supplies and request replenishment when necessary.Assist residents and visitors with basic inquiries in a professional manner.Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Education & Requirements

Education: Must possess a minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE).

Additional Details

  • Previous experience in custodial, cleaning, or maintenance work is an added advantage.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Physically fit and capable of handling cleaning and maintenance duties.Good communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
