POSITION : SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Industrial Area, Nairobi

Reports to: Shop Manager

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales of automotive spare parts to both walk-in and wholesale customers. The role involves preparing quotations,

following up on customer enquiries, monitoring market trends and competitor pricing, maintaining strong relationships with garages and fleet customers, supporting inventory counts,

and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in automotive spare parts sales,

good knowledge of the local auto spare market, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven approach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sell automotive spare parts to walk-in and wholesale customers.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up customer enquiries.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and product demand trends to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain long-term relationships with garages and fleet customers.
  • Support inventory counting.
  • Meet monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Maintain excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience selling automotive spare parts.
  • Good knowledge of local Auto Spare market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
