Job Description
Job Title: Waiter / Waitress (2 Positions)
- Locations: Makindye Branch & Buziga Branch, Kampala, Uganda
- Reports To: Shift Supervisor / Branch Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for vibrant, guest-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join our team at our Makindye and Buziga branches. In this role, you will be the face of Coffee At Last, taking orders, serving delicious meals, and ensuring our guests enjoy a warm, fast, and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests, present menus, make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations, and take accurate orders.
- Table Management: Deliver food and drinks swiftly, clear tables, reset dining areas, and ensure overall dining room cleanliness.
- Upselling: Actively promote daily food specials, specialty coffees, and desserts to maximize revenue.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and cashiers to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant, café, hotel, or a similar fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Skills: Strong menu recall, active listening, and efficient multi-tasking abilities.
- Attributes: Outstanding interpersonal skills, neat professional presentation, energetic work ethic, and a positive attitude.
