Job Title: Branch Manager (1 Position)
- Location: Makindye Branch (Mobutu Road), Kampala, Uganda
- Reports To: General Manager / Directors

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, energetic, and strategic Branch Manager to oversee our daily operations at the Makindye branch. In this role, you will take full ownership of branch performance, lead the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, optimize profitability, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day restaurant workflows, maintaining strict health, safety, food quality, and service standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing workspace.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the branch budget, track daily sales, monitor operational costs, and control inventory to minimize waste.
- Customer Relations: Resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally, building lasting relationships with our local community.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports for the senior management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Leadership: Proven track record in a supervisory or management role within a busy food and beverage establishment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of inventory management, basic point-of-sale (POS) systems, and staff scheduling.
- Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills, fluent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work under high pressure.
