Job Description

Uganda Martyrs’ Hospital (UMH), Diocese of Jinja, is a newly established state-of-the-art Private Not-for-Profit (PNFP) hospital in Jinja City. The hospital was founded by the Trustees of the Catholic Diocese of Jinja under the Ecclesiastical Province of Tororo Archdiocese. It aims to provide quality, affordable healthcare with a compassionate, patient-centred approach and is envisaged as a teaching and research hospital.

About the Job

The Askari will support the security and safety of patients, staff, visitors and hospital property. The role involves maintaining security awareness and responding appropriately to security concerns within the hospital environment.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • O-Level certificate.
  • Ability to maintain discipline and vigilance.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work responsibly in a hospital environment.
