POSITION: GRADUATE TRAINEE
Station: Semuto and Namanve
At HMH-KUKU LTD, we believe the best way to learn is by doing. We’re looking for enthusiastic, curious, and driven Graduate Trainees to join our Production team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food production environment. This is more than just a learning opportunity, it’s your chance to build practical skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and lay the foundation for a rewarding career.
What you’ll experience:
- Rotate across all production areas to gain end-to-end exposure to our operations.
- Work alongside experienced teams to learn industry best practices.
- Participate in daily production activities while upholding quality, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Learn production processes, operational planning, and performance reporting.
- Develop practical problem solving skills in a real-world manufacturing environment.
- Build confidence by contributing to the achievement of daily production targets.
Who we’re looking for:
- A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, biochemistry, Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- No prior work experience required. We’re looking for potential, not perfection.
- Someone eager to learn, adaptable and ready to take on new challenges.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Someone who pays close attention to detail and is committed to continuous improvement.
