Job Summary
The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer will design and implement comprehensive M&E frameworks across NiDEC-managed programmes. This role ensures donor-compliant reporting, tracks program performance, and fosters institutional, evidence-based learning.
The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer will design and implement comprehensive M&E frameworks across NiDEC-managed programmes. This role ensures donor-compliant reporting, tracks program performance, and fosters institutional, evidence-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design M&E frameworks for all NiDEC-managed programmes.
- Implement data collection tools and tracking systems.
- Ensure reporting complies strictly with donor guidelines.
- Analyze program data to generate actionable insights.
- Facilitate evidence-based learning across project teams.
- Compile regular progress and impact reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 3+ years of active M&E experience within donor-funded programmes.
- Strong data analysis skills using statistical software.
- Proven high-level report-writing capabilities.
