Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Kampala, Uganda

Job Summary
A leading Group Poultry Farm based in Kampala is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to grow our market presence and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new markets, customers, and distribution channels
- Manage and grow relationships with wholesalers, retailers, hotels, and institutions
- Oversee branding, promotions, and advertising activities
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
- Lead and supervise the sales team to meet targets
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure supply meets demand
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing (experience in agribusiness or FMCG is an added advantage)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good knowledge of the Kampala and Uganda market
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
