Job Description
Section/Department: STORES/WAREHOUSE
Headcount: 01
Key Responsibilities
-
Dispense raw and packing materials
-
Responsible for handling damaged containers, returned stocks, rejected vendor materials
-
In charge of receipt and issuance of EMRMs and EMCM
-
Monitor housekeeping and maintain maximum hygiene and environmental standards
-
Responsible for receipt of raw and packing materials
-
Responsible for maintaining of daily records
-
Responsible for drafting/making documentations related to qualifications, SOPs, validations etc
-
Responsible for controlling and handling of damaged containers
-
Responsible for dispatch of finished goods
-
Responsible for GRN preparation on receipt of materials
-
Responsible for handling, storage and dispatch of rejected material to suppliers, returned goods, and recalled goods
-
Responsible for daily transactions in SAP system
-
Responsible for material movement
-
Responsible for receipt, storage and issuance of materials
-
Responsible for follow up of proper GMP while doing all the activities
-
Responsible for following proper labelling procedures
-
Responsible for keeping the entire department clean and in a good state of repair
-
Responsible for reviewing, proposing, carrying out impact assessment and implementation of changes through change control procedures
-
Responsible for receipt of daily production reports
-
Be involved in investigation of deviations
-
Be part of the team in risk management, CAPA and root cause analysis
-
Responsible for handling of miscellaneous items
-
Provide operational and quality support to warehouse(s) and Hydroxyurea operations to ensure effective implementation of approved procedures and compliance with GMP.
-
Any other assignments allocated by Stores Manager/ Team Leader from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Science Technology-Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field

a. Knowledge of SAP is added advantage
b. 2+ years’ experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry
c. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint presentations), Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
d. High analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
e. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and adherence to cGMP and Quality Management Systems. A self-starter, creative, innovative, flexible and able to work well under pressure at work
f. Able to work shifts on any day of the week whenever required
