Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the showroom front desk, welcome walk-in clients, and coordinate design consultation bookings.•Process sales orders, invoices, and payments while maintaining accurate stock and petty cash records.•Liaise between clients, designers, suppliers, and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Education & Requirements

Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

Additional Details

  • •1–2 years’ experience in an admin or customer-service role (retail experience is an added advantage).•Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office); presentable, personable, and customer-focused.
