Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Grow market share through customer acquisition, retention, cross-selling and upselling. Deliver best-in-class customer support and relationship management.Use market feedback and emerging trends to shape, test and launch relevant products and services.Deliver revenue targets across all business lines while keeping customer churn below 1%.Profile and acquire high-potential customers across existing sales regions.Segment customers and analyses purchasing, usage and product-penetration patterns.Drive loyalty and ARPA growth to deepen share of wallet among existing customers.Build and manage partnerships that increase customer acquisition and use of MCFL products and services.Lead integrated regional marketing strategies, including campaigns, events and digital marketing.Continuously assess regional competition and consumer trends.Resolve customer issues promptly and sustainably across all markets.Align service policies and systems with regional goals and customer needs.Improve NPS, CSAT and other MCFL customer metrics across markets.Partner with Kenya operations to improve logistics and terminal efficiency.Build, retain and motivate a high-performing team while strengthening talent and capability.Drive operational efficiency across the division
Education & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Commerce, Business Administration or another relevant field. A master’s degree in business is an added advantage.

- Experience & Skills;At least 15 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial management or general management, including at least 10 years leading high performing teams, preferably regional teams.Proven and consistent track record of executing aggressive growth strategies.Extensive experience managing operational customer service teams.Strong strategic and customer focus, with a clear understanding of the wider issues affecting different regional markets.Proven management and relationship-management experience in a senior strategic role.Established track record of exceeding targets, KPIs and SLAs in a quality-led, legally compliant environment.Able to interpret management and business intelligence, develop strategy and make sound recommendations.Proven ability to lead, influence, develop and empower employees to achieve their best through a collaborative team approach.Established professional network among regional business executives.High-caliber professional with experience working across multiple geographies.Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
