Job Description: Multi-Media Content Specialist (01 Vacancy)
Role Overview:
As the Multi-Media Content Specialist, you will craft the public narrative of Uganda’s premier green mobility revolution. You will design, shoot, and curate highly engaging digital media layouts to educate commuters on cashless USSD/smart card wallet top-ups, showcase eco-friendly transit benefits, and elevate EBX’s digital brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Produce professional graphic layouts, short video reels, and photographic assets featuring our eco-friendly mass transit operations for social platforms.
  • Digital Campaigns: Lead educational content campaigns focusing on cashless onboarding, such as using the 27280# USSD system or tapping mobile smart wristbands.
  • Brand Storytelling: Design corporate presentation layouts, email templates, newsletters, and visual guidelines for internal and external PR initiatives.
  • Community Engagement: Assist in active social media monitoring, interacting professionally with commuter feedback, inquiries, and reviews online.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Multimedia Design, Mass Communication, Journalism, Graphics, or Creative Arts.
  • Expert proficiency in standard design suites (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative video editing, vector graphic design, and engaging social storytelling.
