The initiative focuses on developing modern agricultural processing facilities, industrial coffee infrastructure, and sustainable commercial spaces.
About the Job
The Project Finance Officer will support the financial management of construction projects by monitoring project expenditure, managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting effective financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets.
- Track and report cost variations.
- Verify payment certificates and subcontractor invoices.
- Support management of project and site financial transactions.
- Prepare cash-flow forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports and variance analyses.
- Maintain accurate project financial records.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable taxation and financial requirements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
