The initiative focuses on developing agricultural processing facilities, industrial coffee infrastructure, and sustainable commercial spaces.
About the Job
The Structural/Civil Engineer will support the design, development, supervision, and quality control of civil and structural works within the organization’s construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake structural and civil engineering designs.
- Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations.
- Prepare structural drawings and engineering specifications.
- Support structural calculations and load assessments.
- Supervise civil and structural construction works.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved engineering designs and quality standards.
- Identify and address structural and civil engineering risks.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Registration with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).
- Membership with the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE) is an added advantage.
