QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Inspire Africa Group is driving economic transformation through infrastructure development across Africa. Its Construction Department is implementing projects aimed at building Africa’s Coffee Future through the development of modern agricultural processing facilities and industrial infrastructure.
About the Job
The Quantity Surveyor will support the financial and commercial management of construction projects by managing project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities, and supporting contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and project cost analysis.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and bids.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost variations.
- Conduct site valuations.
- Support the preparation and verification of payment certificates.
- Manage project variations and change orders.
- Support contract administration and financial close-out.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- BSc in Quantity Surveying.
- Registration with the Surveyors Registration Board.
- Membership with the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda (ISU) is an added advantage.
